Grid Engine has gone through several changes in the past 12 months and frankly keeping track of all aspects has become a challenge. This presentation gives an overview on how Grid Engine is evolving, specifically inside Univa. It discusses the current status of open source and product as well as the future roadmap for Univa Grid Engine. Furthermore we highlight how Grid Engine is being integrated into an ecosystem of Univa products to provide flexible solutions for large scale HPC environments as well as challenging throughput cluster and also agile private, public and hybrid clouds.
